| Process and Programme of Formation Formation is an ever progressive organic development integrating the spiritual and intellectual aspects of the seminarian. The process of the formation lasts for 14 years. This formation is structured that as years go by, individuals grow into real men of God, who think and act out of the authenticity of their own God-experience. |

Sponsoring a seminarian means,
the welwisher takes the expenses of that seminarian when he is in
