On the western side of Muvattupuzha - Thodupuzha road, near Nirmala College
 
History : The regional house was shifted from Jyothi Nivs, Thodupuzha to this building on 26th February 1993. The foundation stone for the Provincial House was laid by Rev. Fr. Mathew Bassus Manjakunnel, the regional superior,  on 8th January, 1994.  It was formally blessed by Rev. Fr. Thomas Mampra, the Prior General, on 16th July, 1995. A new block consisting of kitchen, dining hall etc. was completed, blessed and was added to the main building on 7th April 2001. The Fondation stone for the Provincial house Chappel was laid by Rev. Fr. Antony Kariyil, Prior General, on       and was blessed by Rt. Rev. Dr. George Punnakottil on 9th March 2008.
