The First Anniversary of the Canonization of Our Founder
The canonization of St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara, our beloved founder has been the great gift of God to the universal church and in a special way to CMI Congregation. The first anniversary of the canonization of our founder will be celebrated on 23rd November, 2015 in Chavara Pilgrim Centre, Mannanam officiated by Mar Antony Kariyil CMI, the Bishop of Mandya. In connection with the first anniversary, all our communities shall celebrate thanksgiving mass and spend one hour in adoration to thank the Lord. It is also good to organize some relevant programs with social outreach taking inspiration from our beloved founder. May our founder inspire us for a true renewal of CMI life after his model and example!
